Donald Jeff Kidder AIA

Jeff Kidder has more than 30 years of experience with a strong focus on historic preservation and adaptive reuse. He is a member of the American Institute of Architects and holds a certificate with the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He is licensed to practice architecture in New York and Pennsylvania.

He has been active on the City of Erie Planning Commission, Hagen History Center Properties Committee, Erie Downtown Partnership, Perry Square Alliance, and the Pennsylvania Historical and Museum Commission's Historic Preservation Board.

Mr. Kidder founded Kidder Architects in 2003.

LAURA D. HOWARD AIA

Laura Howard has more than 12 years of experience, becoming increasingly focused on preserving and restoring historic structures in Manhattan and the greater New York area, as well as the UNESCO World Heritage site, Fallingwater, in Pennsylvania. She is a NCARB Registered Architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects. She is licensed to practice architecture in New York and Pennsylvania. 

Now at Kidder Architects, her focus is on preservation and restoration of the historical residences located in the West Sixth Street Historic District of downtown Erie, Pennsylvania.

Ms. Howard is actively involved in maintaining her seventh-generation family homestead, located on a designated Natural Heritage Area in Franklin Township, Pennsylvania.
