This Beaux-Arts Classical-style house was built in 1907 for Julius Siegel by the Constable Brothers of Erie from the plans of S. R. Barry, a Buffalo architect.
The house was listed as 459 W. Sixth Street (Julius Siegel House) on the National Register of Historic Places by the U.S. Department of the Interior as a significant building in the West Sixth Street Historic District in 1984.
