  Client: Erie Water Works
Location: 2601–2651 Sigsbee St., Erie, Pennsylvania
Dates: Original building — 1873; Renovation complete — 1995
Built in 1873, the Sigsbee Reservoir Caretaker’s House was constructed in the Victorian Stick style. Due to improvements in technology, there is no longer any need for a caretaker, and the building now houses automated equipment.
Restoration of the building’s exterior included replacing the roof and windows, woodwork and stucco repair and painting, masonry restoration, and façade lighting.
